Anushka is refusing to do the lead in a Hindi movie. Any heroine would give her best for a lead role in a big Hindi movie like Illeana is happily doing her second lead in her maiden Bollywood film.
But Anushka shows no interest. Recently, she was offered the role in a Bollywood flick, remake of the Tamil movie Singam in which she did the lead role. But Anushka didn't accept it.
Anushka Shetty was born on November 1, 1981 in Manglore, Karnataka. She belongs to a renowned family in Manglore called bellipady family and is the only one sister of two brothers Dr. Sai Ramesh, a dentist, and Gunaranjan, a businessman.
She studied in Banglore and attended famous Mount Carmel College to study Computers and got BCA degree from Banglore University. Though she held from the family of Doctors and Engineers, she eventually ended up learning Yoga from famous Yoga Guru Bharat Thakur, and soon become a Yoga instructor.
Her acting in Vikramarkudu got the appreciation of youngsters. She has also rendered playback singing in several films. Is it now wedding bells for the sexy yoga teacher turned heroine Anushka? Well, some reports say this. Anushka has now a couple of films in hand. But it is said that she is now ready to get the knot tied sometime next year.
The name of the groom has not yet been announced. But Film Nagar sources are mentioning the name of a cinematographer in this regard
