Air India To Offer More Flights from Middle East


The Middle East is one of the largest and most important markets for Air India and the carrier will now offer flights to the Gulf region in places like Southeast Asia, Kathmandu, Sri Lanka, SAARC and New York via New Delhi, a senior official said.

"We also offer Delhi Centre sells in this market, allowing passengers to travel to the Persian Gulf to Southeast Asia, Kathmandu, Sri Lanka, SAARC and West tied to New York for India," said Air India Regional Manager - Gulf, Middle East and Africa, Abhay Pathak.

Mr. Pathak said, when the Agency's Annual Award for 2009-2010 at a function in Dubai. He said the company is examining the possibility of offering customized packages to meet customers' needs, adding that a new state of-the-art fleet has already been completed.

Pathak also said that the company will continue to link difficult places such as Kabul.
