After living with her parents for years, Sameera Reddy has finally bought a 3 BHK apartment on the fifth floor of the pink house in Bandra, just next to the building where her parents are!
She said: "I had this dream of having my own place and had been looking for the last two years. I turned the Bandra Worli and Juhu and Versova but could not find the place that meets my needs."
About living next to her parents, she says, "My father wanted to be close to mom and him, as I sleep walk and can sometimes be dangerous. When I found the apartment at Casa De Rosa, he was more relieved. "
Sameera says she likes Bandra as it grew there. "It's near the coast and has many churches. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery around. I was tired of seeing the scene, but one day I entered the apartment and knew he was home. This is a new building and has a balcony in each room. Everything fell into place just before my birthday. "
Even if she has plans to develop much of the surface itself, it is looking for a designer to help plan its new home, "I just started and I'm already confused.
Dad wants a designer and I'm always traveling. I want a lot of green space and light. The design should be simple, not cluttered. I'm a little nervous about learning and understanding both the design of the houses.
"But it's fun to go home. I picked up the little things in my travels around the world, such as Spanish tiles and a bust of Rome. I can not wait to start doing it," he says.
