Jeff Timmons of the band 98 Degrees "had been arrested while driving drunk and recklessly without a valid license, according to officials of the Brevard County Sheriff.
Another source informs us that, "Timmons was dragged from his car white Mercedes on April 23 after being seen driving at a speed exceeding 45 mph zone area." The source also states, "was Timmons, thirty-three, out of town and has not had a permit.
